RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At NACHT STREETWEAR, each release is produced in limited quantities as part of exclusive capsule drops. Due to the limited nature of these collections, certain sizes and products may not be restocked once sold out.

Please carefully review all product details, measurements, and sizing information before placing your order.

CHANGE OF MIND & SIZING

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect sizing selection
  • personal preference

Eligible full-priced items may be approved for:

  • store credit
  • size exchange subject to availability

Due to the limited release nature of NACHT drops, exchange sizes may not always be available after purchase.

To be eligible for return consideration:

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, fragrance, marks, or damage

If a requested exchange size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with change of mind or exchange requests.

NACHT STREETWEAR is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact:

within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear images of the fault

Once reviewed, our team will advise the next steps regarding your claim.

Approved faulty items will have return shipping covered by NACHT STREETWEAR.

All sale, promotional, and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for:

  • refund
  • exchange
  • store credit
